Custom glasses case
Product was good quality but the print on the case looked a bit muted colour wise. Item arrived as expected and no issues with customer service.
Trying to design the item, particularly on a phone, was pretty fiddly and took a long time trying to get it to look nice. I originally selected a number of images but the suggested layouts didn’t really work with the size of the item. It worked much better with fewer images. I tried positioning all the images manually but you can’t get an outline around the photo and it didn’t look good. It took a lot longer than anticipated to finalise the design due to the capabilities of the tool and I had to swap to a desktop because it was just too hard to see on a smaller screen.

My daughters grandad received the personalised glasses case for his 75 birthday. They loved it so much that my daughters nanny wants one now for her birthday!

Ideal Christmas presents.
I did find the website a bit difficult to use at first and spent a lot of time getting the design just right. However, it was all worth it as I was amazed at the clarity of the pictures that were printing on the glasses cases and on the cleaning cloths. I did call the company as I did receive two messages stating that one case was being reprinted due to quality issues. I spoke to a good call taker who apologised, looked into what was happening and confirmed that I would receive the gifts prior to Christmas which I did. They were well protected. Good quality, good service and I would definitely use the company again.
