About our delivery service
Standard delivery price is quoted at each individual product page. The despatch time for a product can be found on each individual product page too. We deliver most items Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. And Saturday, 9am-1pm.
If you order multiple items with both 2 and 7 day quoted despatch times for example, your order may be consolidated and those products will arrive together, usually within 7 working days If next working day delivery is available for your order, we'll offer you these options at checkout.
If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address when applicable.
We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual time-scales to a small number of remote rural areas for example Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas.
What Do I Do If My Order Doesn't Arrive?
Firstly, please go to the your account and check your order history to make sure your order has been despatched. If the order has been dispatched it will have a "complete" status.
Next day, console or signed for postage
We can usually track these orders, as they require a signature. If you would like us to track an order that is late please email customer services or call 0845 345 4440, click on live help or send an email to customer service.
UK 1st class postage
If your order was posted 1st Class please allow 5 working days (i.e. Mon - Fri) before submitting a claim. We cannot process any claim on your behalf of the Royal Mail until then.
UK 2nd class postage
If your order was posted 2nd class please allow 10 working days before submitting a claim. Again, we cannot process any claim on your behalf of the Royal Mail until then.
Overseas postage
Please allow 28 working days before submitting a claim. Again, we cannot process any claim on your behalf of the Royal Mail until then.
If the required number of working days has elapsed then print out the form below and complete it. Please note this is a claim form for Royal Mail not us so Royal Mail may contact you in connection with the claim.
